OUR APPROACH

Most programs recover the credit. We start with the student.

The typical model hands a student a login, marks a course complete, and sends them back into the conditions that led to the failure.

Field Academy Online starts with a conversation. Before any course is assigned, a licensed educator asks the student: What got in the way? What needs to be different this time? That conversation, and the relationship that follows, is how the cycle breaks.

WHO IT'S FOR

Students caught in the cycle. They've done credit recovery before and are back on the list.

Students with no room in the day. Jobs, family responsibilities, or a full course load leave no period open. They can work outside the school day.

Schools without the capacity. No open teacher, room, or period for a recovery section. Each seat brings its own licensed educator.

WHAT EVERY SEAT INCLUDES

Cognia Accredited — Credits recorded on an official transcript.

One Licensed Educator — Assigned at enrollment, consistent through completion.

Live 1:1 Check-Ins — Progress monitored as students work. Barriers surfaced early.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Refer a student from your list.
2. Start with a conversation about what happened and what needs to change.
3. Work at their own pace, with regular check-ins from the same educator.
4. Finish with a plan forward. The seat opens for your next referral.

PARTNERSHIP

Annual partnerships let you plan referrals from the start of the year, not three months before graduation. When a student completes, you refer the next one. Semester seats are available as space permits.

FUNDING

Field Academy Online may be fundable through federal streams your district already administers, including Title I, Part A; Title IV, Part A; 21st Century Community Learning Centers; and McKinney-Vento. Confirm allowability with your federal programs office.
